Trip Details

Start your morning off right by floating on the Columbia River. This peaceful and scenic trip begins by launching the rafts from Moses Creek and paddling downstream from there. Enjoy an independent experience as you follow your guide down the river in your own boat.

Along the way, rafters can take in the beautiful views of the surrounding forests and mountains, and may even spot wildlife such as bald eagles. The trip ends at a designated take-out point, where the rafts are pulled from the water and the rafters are driven back to Revelstoke.

Departures

May / June / September: One Trip per day at 9:00 am

Apex Rafting can be found at the Regent Hotel, a historic location in downtown Revelstoke, one block east of Grizzly Plaza.

Extra Info

What's Included?

Rafters will need to sign a Waiver for the day of your trip.
You can also download and print the waiver for review here.

Weather conditions vary from month to month however river attire generally does not. We provide you with a wetsuit, wetsuit socks, and a spray jacket. We also have fleece tops for cooler days.

For under the wetsuit: Wear a bathing suit or shorts and a t-shirt. Please try to avoid wearing cotton, as it tends to keep you cold once it gets wet.

For your feet: We supply wetsuit socks, but you need shoes to wear over them. A pair of running shoes or strap-on sandals work, but they will get wet! We have a supply of “experienced rafting footwear” on hand for guests who want to keep their shoes dry or don’t have anything appropriate.

I cannot recommend this incredible company more highly. The staff are all so kind and thoughtful. After the first couple of rapids my youngest son wanted to go back to shore. The staff were amazing and with no fuss helped him off the boat so everyone else could continue. My eldest son and husband loved the experience. Thank you all so much. I'd love to come back.
A brilliant rafting experience. We came a week or so ago and our guide, Jay, was excellent. I was a bit nervous beforehand but I felt totally safe and reassured once we began! The wetsuits and gear were excellent and kept me warm. Plus the option to use their shoes was great. I’d definitely recommend.

Also, the free photos were brilliant and a great addition to the experience!
Apex rafting was a highlight of our Canada/Rockies adventure! Devon was an excellent guide and was very gracious to allow our kids to enjoy the experience to the full and so got involved with the endless splashing (Thanks Devon, they had a blast!) The whole team we very friendly and welcoming, good equipment and felt very safe for the whole trip. Thanks all! (sorry my sons google account/picture!)
We had a great trip with Devon as a guide. She looked after us, and our 8 year old, making us feel safe and secure whilst maximising the fun and adventure! Devon also passed on lots of local knowledge about the landscape, plants and animals and local restaurants and other activities. A great morning, and I'd highly recommend both Apex and Devon as your guide.
It was an exceptionally enjoyable and memorable white-water rafting experience with the highly skilled and knowledgeable guides from Apex. Their profound understanding of the river and its rapids allowed them to expertly navigate the course, ensuring an exhilarating and safe adventure. Additionally, their thoughtfulness extended to lending me a GoPro mounting kit free of charge when I realized I had forgotten mine, enabling me to capture the thrilling moments on video.
I wholeheartedly endorse these guides and the company they represent, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking an unforgettable rafting experience.
We booked this experience after a friend of ours recommended it and we cannot say enough great things about it! This was our first time rafting and has now encouraged us to go rafting everywhere we travel! The team was very organized, thorough and knowledgeable! Our guide Cade was funny, kind and truly made the experience what it was for us! We would definitely recommend this tour!
