From a quick and smooth check-in, to CLEAN and DRY gear, to shoes they give you to wear so yours stay dry the whole pre-raft process was awesome. My teenagers and I enjoyed our trip down the beautiful Illecillewaet River. Our guide Dylan was full of information about the local area (as a teacher I really appreciated this). The snack for the bus ride back was yummy as well as a smart idea. The highlight of the trip for me was when we "parked" in the middle of a rapid and Dylan had us bounce like popcorn to try and dislodge our raft from the rock we were hung up on. This didn't quite work and he had to try a couple more strategies before we were set free. Kudos to him for his perseverance. This was a new experience for us 🤣 The most surprising thing about our first trip with Apex was that it wasn't our first trip with Dylan as a guide. We had him him as our guide on another river in another town with multiple rafting companies. What are the odds of that!? When we saw him we knew we were in good hands😁

Went rafting with Apex Raft Company last Thursday and it was absolutely amazing!

They will give you everything you need from top to toes and when you’re cold easily you can even get a extra fleece vest to keep you warm during the trip.

Had a lot of fun rafting with our guide Luke, who provided us a lot of fun/interesting facts about the river, its surroundings and things to do in and around Revelstoke which was really appreciated.

The ride down te river was a nice combination of action and a relaxing ride to enjoy some scenery and talk about rafting, hobbies, the river etc.

We also received amazing photos of our group before and during the raft. Great for the memories!
